Chocolate Pecan Pie Collagen Fudge made with raw cacao butter 🍫
Cacao butter is the cold pressed oil from the cacao bean. It provides the body with antioxidants, which help neutralize the free radicals in the body, they help boost the immune system & lower inflammation!
- 1/3C pecan, toasted
- 1/4C almond butter
- 1/2C cacao butter
- 2T maple syrup
- 1T cacao powder
- 1T Girl & The Sea marine collagen
- 1/2t vanilla
- 1/4t cinnamon
- 1/8t salt
- Heat all of the ingredients (except the pecans) in a saucepan on low heat. Stir about 5 mins until combined & melted.
- Pour into a parchment paper lined muffin tray or mold, sprinkle in the pecans.
- Freeze for 30 mins to set.
Store in the fridge, makes about 9 single servings.
