Beauty-boosting green smoothie featuring Girl & The Sea marine collagen.
For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been incorporating Girl & The Sea marine collagen into my daily routine. I love mixing it into my morning coffee, smoothies, and oatmeal. So far, I’m impressed!!! I’m starting to notice improvements in skin tone and digestive health. My nails also feel stronger and my joints are less stiff. Can’t wait to see further results with continued use!
- ½ avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1 scoop of Girl & The Sea Marine Collagen
- 1 – 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant milk of choice
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 date
Directions: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Cheers to youthful, glowing skin! 💕
