Collagen Pina Colada Smoothie

🍌Lower-Sugar Banana-Mango-Coconut Power Smoothie🥥


This smoothie is that perfect pool-side summer drink (think Pina Colada🍹) without all the sugar

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen cauliflower 

1 frozen banana 

A few chunks of frozen mango

1 cup coconut milk (or 2-3 Tbsp coconut butter or coconut cream with 8 oz water)

1-2 Tbsp almond (or any kind of nut/seed) butter -1-2 scoops Girl & The Sea Marine Collagen. 

Optional add-ins (but highly recommended)

-vanilla extract

-ground flax-seed (especially during the first half of your menstrual cycle)

-honey / dates for sweetness
